Useless service

Afrihost Ticket-FAJ-***9. Useless service, just any excuse not to check why I dont have services, always blame Vumatel when I am the only one affected in the area for 3 days now. parrot style communication, just repetition and no help in assisting the customer. They dont listen and log incorrect tickets with vumatel and no follow up at all!
