Useless service

I contacted them a month ago and they promises that my line will be installed within 7 days. They *******ly took money from my bank account that i did not agree to. After fighting with them for a week they finally returned my money. Exactly a month after i requested for the new line they asked mebto pay 399 which i did as i needed the service they tthen installed the line. One week after insation the line is still not active they keep escalating the matter to vumatel that has no contact numbers and telling me it will be active between 24-48 hours. Its been an entire week since installation and the line is not active. They are still telling me 24hours. I regret doing business with them unfortunately i cannot move to mweb or webafrica as this will take another month to migrate. I urgently need the fibre as im working from home but these people could not care less. Only empty promises
