Useless service

Their service is useless. Last month I was without internet for 12 whole days. And I did not even get a proportionate refund for those days. This month we are going for day 6 with a whole new issue for which they have no solution. I logged 12 support tickets (not counting where I rep**** to their emails) in the last 5 days with no solution. We are 12 people in our area with the same issue and they just keep asking me if I changed my address or my device after I told them numerous times we had no changes on our side. We just have to keep paying for internet we don't get. And they don't give any meaningful answers. Not worth it.
