Useless service and worse cancellation process

Numerous failed attempts to rectify the router issue (which happened to be on their side, they auto configured my router to another client, I phoned the cellphone number that was set as the password). I phoned in to process my cancellation on 24 January 2024. Now Afrihost wants to tell me that the cancellation will only be effecting 01 April 2024? Ridiculous! Do yourself a favour and steer clear of them.
