Useless service

Stay away from Afrihost. I got the Mtn Fixed LTE from them and that's where the problems started. The day I received the router and sim it wouldn't connect to the network. After speaking to 4 support consultants ( they don't even know how their own products work. One tells me that a mtn sim is instantly active and the other tells me it takes 24 hours) the problem was solved. 1st of January I didn't receive a new data package due to a "glitch in the system" and no one could help me because of the public holiday. It's now the 5th day and my internet worked for 6 hours in total. I don't get any support now so I am paying for a service and support that is just non existant
