Useless Service

I have been without service for 10 days!!!! Reported it numerous times. With absolutely NO help! They blame it directly on Open Serve. But my question is: Who am I paying at the end of each month. NOT OPENSERVE BUT AFRIHOST! I expected so much better service form a company like this. Useless after sales care and customer services. For a third of the month I had no internet, but I am expected to pay my FULL account at the end of the month!!!! Just to be clear: Afrihost was informed of this issue since day one of no service!
