Useless service

Useless service, it has been a week now looking for assistance via their livechat, email and phone but no effort to respond has been made. I'm really disappointed as I've been their client for years now. All I needed was to log on my clientzone but they seem to have included the OTP functionality upon logging on (which does not work) as a result I cannot get into my account or add new domains for my clients. I'm loosing business and so are they. Stupid functionality if you ask me and their response time is even worse.
