Useless Service

I'm still waiting after almost 3 weeks to migrate my fibre line which "should take no longer than 72 hours".

Every time I ask for an update its a different story and a different company causing the delays and I must call the other companies to sort out the delay.

I deeply regret trying to take out one of their services, it has caused nothing but anger.
