Useless service

After complaining and phoning and texting a 100 times. Still no internet connection. Afrihost is asking vuma to come out to my premises to fix the issue and still not fixed. Afrihost consultant via whatapp can not follow simple instructions David S not sure if this person can actually understand what i am asking!!!! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY AFRIHOST CAN NOT SEND SOMEONE TO FIX THE ISSUE!
