Terrible. I opted to change from monthly debit order to prepaid one of the WhatsApp staff helped me he however gave me the wrong easy pay number and I paid it. I had no internet for the month of November as they were investigating it. I was forced to pay again in December as they couldn't trace the payment. 5 months later I've spoken to Jan S, Thabang L, Thulani, Thapelo and a few more who have all escalated my complaints to no avail. The last mail was this morning after giving the easy pay number my proof of payment, banking details they required I get a mail to say they find no payment reflecting their side.
