Useless record of bandwidth use

I was contemplating taking up one of Afrihosts fibre offerings and wanted to see which I needed based on average monthly data use. The company's "Client Zone" has nice graphics and a breakdown of up and down traffic. All good, but sadly for the current and past month only. There is a dialogue box through which you can request a usage log to be emailed to you, but, again, for the current and past month only.

I logged a support ticket asking how I could get a record of my last 12 months' use and I was offered a "screenshot of your data allocation and usage from 1st of March". The screenshot was basically a database page which gave me exactly no monthly use information.

How am I to make an informed choice about the offerings? I can't.

So, basically an arrogant fail. Which is a big pity since I have been an enthusiastic evangelist for the company's offerings and service. Sadly they have begun to behave like most ISPs and lost most of what made them stand out and gain customers. Their cellphone offerings remain good, but I would advise present ans prospective clients to do as I am and start looking for a new home.
