Useless, pointless service

Ive been a client of afrihost for years, i had a horrible start of my contract with poor service and lack of communication, i had a bill from afrihost for internet usage when i was told there is not enough ports on the network . Now that there is a fault on my line, no-one seems to care about fixing it, ive got extremely slow speeds and they dont want to refund me. Ive received message after message saying faults reported and escalated and no-one is responding to anything. This is the worse service i have ever dealt with, i am so ashamed that i spent my hard earned money on afrihost, i have so far lost thousands of rands due to their incompetance. I am cancelling everything with afrihost and i suggest any other people to not use afrihost, to save yourself the pain of firstly waiting on the phone and secondly to only get dissappointed.
