Useless Pathetice service

An order for LTE plus modem was placed on the 14 Nov by Dr A du Plooy at Afrihost. Today is the 5th Dec and NOTHING is delivered to him. My name is Petrie Mouton and I have assisted dr du Plooy with his purchase. This morning I have tried phoning a senior person at afrihost to complain. NOBODY IS AVAILABLE. Dr du Plooy did send various e-mails and numerous phone calls were made to the pathetic call centre agents. The last was 2 days ago where he was promissed delivery will take place within 24 hours. THIS IS 2 DAYS LATER AND STILL NOTHING. This inspired me to also cancel my business with such a useless, careless pathetic company. I am deeply dissappointed in the service and attitude of the staff at afrihost. We want dr Du ployy contract cancelled and his money refunded immediately.
