useless, mean and spiteful

I recently bought a new home in Bellville and attempted to transfer the previous owner's fiber from Afrihost onto my account. Seemed like the easiest and quickest option. After 7 days of listening to lame excuses from Afrihost, that kept me in the dark the whole time, I finally decided to cancel with Afrihost and move to Intense Fibre. Afrihost then held onto the line for another 7 days without releasing it to other ISP's just to be spiteful! Intense Fibre eventually got the circuit release arranged via Vumatel which basically forced Afrihost to release the line. Intense Fibre then had my internet up and running within 24 hours. Do not waste your time with Afrihost please, they are useless, mean and spiteful.
