Useless ISP

I'd give zero stars if I could.

I have had multiple phone calls over the last few days and I am still getting the run around. How hard is it to do a simple upgrade? How can you debit your customers account and then leave them with no internet and keep telling them its 24 hours turnaround time? Its been now more than 72 hours with no solid answer and no resolution. Absolutely terrible service.
