Useless ***********, Unhelpful

Afrihost caused my product website to go down for a couple of days, on it's launch week, after I phoned numerous times to make sure that everything was sorted out. I phoned Thabo Nkgoi on the Friday, this was after I phoned them 3 times during the week and spoke to Unati Memela, and still received mails saying that I need to verify the domains. Thabo told me he would speak to his supervisor Stephan Klopper. Who either wasn't noticed or didn't care. My website has been down for days now and will be for the next 24 hours. This is a disaster on the launch date of the product!!
