Useless fibre

These guys expect you as a client to do it all. I have had no Fibre for an entire week an still do not have Fibre. No one has come out even after numerous request via all thier channels it seems if ur laptop does not fit thier Lan cable oh well they expect u to just deal with it an the have closed off my case that was opened for a week an now it's my problem oh but don't forget to pay cos that just opens another can of worms they do not tell u about.
