USELESS

I signed up for Fibre through Afrihost, with Openserve 3 weeks ago and the installation is still not complete. I am not sure which company is more useless, Openserve or Afrihost. Openserve keeps saying that they will contact me and every single time it's a different technician and a different excuse. I will not recommend their services to ANYONE. They are useless and disappointing! I have still not had any HELP with regards to this matter and not Afrihost, or Openserves gives a damn about Customer Service. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BOTH
