Useless Customer Support

Afrihost used to have decent customer response. They picked up the phone & responded to emails. Now they don't answer the phone, you get automated SMS responses & a Whatsapp system that is beyond useless. The Whatsapp chat gives vague automated responses that obfuscate the issue, basically suggesting that it may not be a problem.
