Useless Customer service

I received over 40 000 spam emails. All in Chinese. Came through your server. Contacted you spam dept! Next thing, all my emails are blocked as I'm over the quota. yes They've blocked all my emails. 'So I cannot do any work. I contact Afrihost, they say I need to buy a bigger package. The package that I am on is more than tripple what I usually use. It is only because of the spam that I am over. If your spam dept helped me in the first place I would not be in this predicament. Then your useless team tells me I must put anti virus on my computer. Anyone with a grade 1 will know that wont help the problem as its coming through your server. Its not on my computer. I complain on facebook and get told to send an email from the main domain email. Again anyone who read the actual complaint knows I cannot send or receive any emails as you've blocked it, so how must I send it from the domain name! Then I get a reply saying buy a bigger package and then you can send it! mmmmm No thanks I'll change to a service provider who actually assists clients! Not just rips them off!
