Useless customer service!

I have experienced the absolute worst customer service. And it's not the first time. Been twice this month alone! I phoned and was on the line for half an hour before I was finally put through to a consultant. Then it was a further hour before the issue was somewhat resolved. Only to experience the exact same issue the following day! Today alone I have been trying to get assistance since 8am and it's now 11am with no luck. When I use the WhatsApp assistance, they don't read the messages correctly, leaving me to have to repeat myself a number of times! I tell them the problem I'm experiencing and they tell me it's impossible. Yet I'm experiencing it anyway!
