Useless company when it comes to support

Trying to update a client's domain for office365 and Afrihost has removed the option to update DNS via cpanel. Contact their support and they say that the only way to update the records is via their clientzone. My client does not want to give up access to their clientzone so now there is nothing that I can do in order to get this updated besides for moving the domain away to a host that will allow such standard practices
