USELESS!!

This is the worst company i have ever had for internet. I have had Fibre for 3 months now and my internet problem has still not been resolved. Every month i pay then the internet is working fine for 2-3 days. After that it is useless. I work from home and can't use the internet during the day. I have sent numerous emails and WhatsApps but every time someone just apologize for the inconvenience, but nothing further happens.

I have also ask that you sent someone to fix the internet but NOOO. You just sit behind your desk and reboot the routers the whole time. I have a 50mbps line but cant even google on the pc that is directly connected to the router.

I have sent numerous emails with the ping and latency that is a problem or the speed.

You guys are useless. I want to cancel as you are *********** to do your work. Why do i need to pay for a service i can't use at all?? I won't pay any further, and will not pay the cancelation fee as the product i received is not what i signed up for or what you advertised.

This is very frustrating to every day struggle with the internet. I will like i want to rip my hair out!!!!!
