Useless cant assist in simple queries

wanted to upgrade my line promises my by afrihost that it can be done and when push comes to shove they just drop out of chats or hang up on you. they dont care and i hope who every is reading this DO NOT USE THEM. they use to be great i was with the for 4years its like you dont exsist to them . THEY DONT CARE. i would not recommend them to anyone ever again
