USELESS App with faulty options

Hi. This is my last resort. I am about to give up. 2 months ago I got a new credit card. I immediately went onto the Afrihost app and changed my details. Come month end debit orders and it doesn't go through. Totally confused I do the payment myself on the app and change the details again. I struggle for a week to get my airtime and I'm charged a fine for the declined payment. Come this month and the same thing happens. On top of that, last week Friday, I actually buy R39 airtime and put it through on my new card, and guess what? It is charged against my old card and the payment is declined - another fine! I do the payment again (including a R30 fine!!) and still no airtime! This is really ridiculous! R80 in fines because your App doesn't do the credit card changes and it is the 19th and I still don't have a cent of airtime! Your quick response will be appreciated!!!
