Useless and *********** staff and service provider

I have started a new subscription with Afrihost- existing fibre line by Openserve and fibre box. Received my Router a week ago. Tried to setup but there was no connection. Ive called and logged the fault since Monday. On Wednesday i logged a ticket to get a tecnician out to resolve the problem. Thursday i phoned again to follow up. Phoned yesterday and Mr Xolani all to confidently assured my the fault was sorted and a tecnician is not needed to come out. Low and behold it is still not working. Mr (arrogant) Xolani- please cancel my contract and pay back my money as you guaranteed the issue is resolved. Im tired of arrogant and useless service. Ill find another service provider
