Useless Afrihost!

Absolutely useless company! We submitted our fiber order 28 November 2020, paid same day and today (23 December 2020) no internet. We have spoken to numerous consultants on Whatsapp (because you cant phone anyone there) and no one can figure out what the issue is. previous tenants had Fiber with Cell C and was working great for them, they cancelled and we moved in. excuses we received from Afrihost: its a "Vumatel issue", "you do not have a fiber link to your house" (but i sent them the proof that there is a box outside and inside), "the previous tenant abused the line so its blocked", "no fiber in your area yet".. this was probably the excuses in 1 week and not over the month span. Every time we get new references and need to wait 24-48 hours to follow up but yet again to get a new reference and 24-48h follow up. we gave them a deadline to sort this out before Friday 18 December COB but yet no one has contacted us nor no communication from them. I'm cancelling our "contract" with them today without even having any work done on the system. Really frustrating and absolutely useless!
