Useless Afrihost

So everyone else in our complex is with OpenServe/Afrihost. I have also decided to sign up with them as it makes things easier. What a mission. It takes them weeks to come back to me, telling me they dont provide for my address. All while everyone else is signed up with them, even my next door neighbour USELESS.....USELESS....USELESS !!!!!!
