Useless Afrihost

Useless and pathetic. Service was down for 6 days and takes the customer calling Vuma to get the line fixed.

Have tried to escalate, get a manager to call me. Managers cant answer calls cause too busy ..

But come end of the month you want to be paid. Will rather just process a cancellation then since you cant provide the service you get paid for.
