USELESS AFRIHOST

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH AFRIHOST!!! If I could give a negative star I would. I am at my wits end with the appalling lack of service and assistance from Afrihost. I cancelled my fiber service with them and they are incapable of even getting the cancellation right. They failed to cancel with the fiber provider so that I can move to a new ISP. I have called numerous times and nobody bothers to provide a straight answer or feedback.
