Useless

Terrible support. Rude and dismissive. Had the same recurring problem for weeks where my iPhone outlook gets signed out and can’t sign in, until some random time later. Other email accounts on the same phone and system have no issues. The support make me test password and all manner of things even when I tell them I have been through all of these over an kd over! They simply don’t listen. Won’t escalate and aren’t interested in solving the core problem. They have a checklist and that’s it .... that’s after hours and hours soent trying to get hold of someone in support. Even whatsapp takes hours at a time
