USELESS

Useless. I scheduled my relocation over a month ago and the website shows Vumatel coverage at my new place of residence.

Now they get back to me saying that Vumatel has advised that the area is not live yet, & there is no ETA at this stage on when it’s going live. This means they can't install fibre and have changed my status to pre-order until anything changes.
