Useless

Been trying to get our internet up and running, but afrihost just seems unable to communicate with the fibre provider. Everytime I ask for an update, they make me do troubleshooting knowing that nothings been activated. They think it's ok to just blame the provider as if it solves anything. The money is going to afrihost, afrihost needs to facilitate.
