URGENT: INTERNET COMPLETELY DOWN AFTER TECHNICIAN VISIT

Afrihost is honestly a terrible company. I regret spending this much money on an internet service that you clearly don’t care about.

You sent a technician to supposedly resolve my internet issues, and now after the technician left, we have NO INTERNET AT ALL. This is completely unacceptable.

I am running a business that depends on a stable internet connection, and every day without internet is costing me money. Who is going to compensate me for the days my business cannot operate because of your service?

I have been reporting this problem repeatedly, and instead of fixing it, the situation has become even worse. I need this escalated urgently and I expect a proper solution, not another excuse or delay.
