Unusable Internet for Months

It saddens me to write this report as I have previously had excellent service with Afrihost over the past 18months, but I am now at my wits end. <br> I have a 2mbps line, unshaped business package and since the 26/02/2015, my internet has been practically unusable. The latency of the line has been over 1000ms when doing speedtests and in online games. I have been using this line since January 2014 and there had been no problems until now. Opening webpages, streaming on youtube and online gaming are practically not working due to the apparent throttling of the line.<br> <br> I have opened several tickets about this, done everything the customer service representatives have said, and still the problem persists and no one can give me a clear answer. It's always \there were errors that we reset"or \""we have escalated to Telkom management\"" but I get both zero feedback and zero results toward fixing the line and am completely fed-up with it all.<br> <br> I have wasted thousands of rands on 3G data to make up for the lack of ADSL"
