Untruthful advertising

Their advertising is all lies. They advertise month-to-month contracts with no strings attached. Just to find out upon cancelling that if you cancel within 6 months then there is R1000 cancellation fee even if you are merely 20 days away from using them for six months. Please explain to me how this reflects truthful advertising of having the service month-to-month and being able to cancel anytime if one is unhappy with the service. We were on a 50 MB fiber line and the internet kept falling, according to my knowledge this is not supposed to happen with a fiber line so the natural solution was to cancel after calling multiple times when we were struggling with internet provided by them. Worst internet service providers out there! Would definitely NOT recommend.
