Unsuccessfull service provider

This service provider is getting on my last nerve .I've been struggling to get my data to work after speaking to two guys and one guy who doesn't even bother to reply its still not shorted. Ive been a customer for a while now and now this **** that we can't call anymore only whatsapp is a lot of BULL**** . Im a paying customer every month and now the serve me with this **** service. I think im switching back to a OTHER service provider since afrihost serve only ****
