Unstable and unqualified internet service provider

WORST internet service provider to deal with. Complicated method to get support with only Whatsapp available, unqualified agents to assist and my client's emails have been down for the whole day. No feedback given and they can't say what is wrong! Moving my clients domains as soon as I can!
