Unsatisfactory Start to our Relationship

There may be people working for this company that do know what they are doing and that do resolve the challenges that their clients face with regards to internet challenges. People who do know what it means to take pride in their service and perform their jobs to the best of their ability. I would love to have these people assist me in sorting out my internet connection or rather lack thereof. 2 days with Afrihost and Octotel, in name only and already I am considering annulling this relationship.
