UNSATISFACTORY FIBRE DELIVERY

My fibre has been down for 7 days, and Open Serve have been out twice to "fix" the issue. Both times, apart from being surly and downright rude, they have left my house saying my fibre is working, when it hasn't been. I am sick of this shocking service, time to find a new service provider, one who can ensure their contractors do the job they are supposed to!
