Unsatisfactory Customer Service

Very poor service from the Fibre team, signed up for a fibre line on 12 December 2022 and till today the line is not active but accounts keeps debiting my account.

I've been with Afrihost for more that 15yrs and the level of service has dropped. Very disappointed loyal customer. The are no escalation procedures in place for one to follow to resolve queries.
