unreliable product and service that can cripple your businss

What started off as an impressive service quickly took a nose dive as the worst product and service I've ever encountered.

Afrihost setup a dedicated server for me 6 weeks ago. last week all my applications, files and programs were vanished and the server reset to default. This has caused my business to come to a standstill.

When asked for urgent assistance, no one calls me back for clarity or a way forward. The account manager is completely not responsive.
