Unreliable. Poor Customer Service

The worst customer service experience I have experienced in a few years. A 100mb line is performing poorly and if you try to complain they only restart the line.

Even after multiple complaints (here I actually mean 100’s of times) they still don’t understand the difference between inconsistency and a line that is running at capacity at a certain point in time.

It is impossible to actually solve an issue. Won’t recommend anyone else to make use of their service.
