Unreliable Hosting

<p>Hosting is unreliable, websites keep going down. The websites only go down for a few minutes, so when Afrihost checks, they tell me there is nothing wrong & always points fingers at me first without checking. </p> <p> </p> <p>Besides the fact that I have had numerous conversations on the online chat, here are Tickets and dates on how many times I have reported the websites being down:</p> <p> </p> <p>Jun 24 - Emailed Ronny Mgiba & Support after a telephonic conversation - Servers went down & we lost an entire website that we had to start from scratch. </p> <p> </p> <p>Aug 26 - [#GDL- ********** 1] </p> <p>Aug 31 - [#EWN- ********** 0]</p> <p>Sept 26 - [#FHO- ********** 2]</p> <p>Oct 6 - [#OKN- ********** 6]</p> <p>Oct 21 - [#OKN- ********** 6] - Websites down again, responded to same ticket </p> <p>Nov 14 - [#OKN- ********** 6] - Websites down again, responded to same ticket </p> <p>Nov 21 - [#OKN- ********** 6] - Websites down again, responded to same ticket</p> <p>Dec 5 - [#CAV- ********** 6] - Websites down - Response from Afrihost:</p> <p>"I have taken a look at the sites and see that they are loading and displaying correctly<br />If you could please clear your browsing data and try it again"</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean surely after so many complaints, can't they do something? </p> <p> </p> <p>I run another reseller on Hetzner for one of my clients, and they NEVER have any issues. </p>
