Unreliable Fibre Servive

I am have a continuous unreliable Fiber Internet service here in Bedfordview. My service provider is Afrihost, they use TTconnect as the last mile Fiber provider. I continuously have to power the network devices on and off to get connected. It 10 x worse than the ADSL link link I had with my previous provider.
