Unreliable and *********** service

I am writing to inform you of the poor service received from Afrihost

I have been with Afrihost for over 3 years. They are extremely unreliable and ***********. I am sitting without connectivity for the second time this month and all they just shrug their shoulders and give you a turn-around time of 48 to 72 hours resolve time. They are messing with our livelihoods! I am most annoyed with trying to sort this out with their unavailable management that chooses ignorance and expects you to just accept the fact that you are paying and for a service that is not available in the most crucial time to have connectivity as most people are working from home to stay safe.
