Unreliable and Disappointing Service

Decided to switch over to Afrihost and I am immediately regretting the decision.

First day with what I thought would be the better ISP and I have been without internet the entire day. Afrihost blames Vumatel and Vumatel blames Afrihost while it seems as though they dont communicate with each other at all.

Spoke to both parties more than a week ago to ensure this doesn't happen and still, it happened. Impossible to receive reliable internet or service delivery.
