Unprofessional stuff

I had a horrible experience with Simphiwe on the Afrohost whatsapp services. He wasn't helpful and he just left me in the chatt without answering my question. I have issues with my data that just runs out he couldn't even troubleshoot with me to try and get what couldn't have caused that, he just logged the ticket and left me hanging. I'm not sure if is this the type of the service we pay for?
