Unprofessional and pathetic after sales service from Afrihost

It all started so well, when we receive our router on time from Afrihost and Openserve came to our house on the same day (Openserve have been amazing so far). Then when trying to plug and play our router, this is when the Afrihost wheels fell right off. The Afrihost router did not work, Afrihost argued this for a few days saying that it is an Openserve issue which Openserve had to come back to our house and prove that their system was working (Openserve even lent us their router for a few days while Afrihost attempted to fix the issue). Afrihost finally admitted over the phone that the router they supp**** is not working and we needed to order a replacement router, which we did. We waited 1.5 weeks for the "new" router to arrive only to find out that our old broken router was sent back to us and still not working. We have paid for 2 sets of deliveries and for our March 2022 internet subscription and are yet to see any sort of service from Afrihost to sort out our internet issues. We live in a world where people work from home, this is not possible with internet service providers like Afrihost.
