Unprofessional and incapable IT services!!!!

Response From Afrihost on Database Queries and our Comments to them

We apologise for the negative impact caused.

We have restored the DB to as it was on the 9th before the innodb *******ion.

Please test and let us know if you encounter any issues.

Our Response: We have checked and have found that the data we loaded yesterday to recover was still there and was not overwritten by any restore.

We would prefer you to not do anymore database manipulation and we will sort the data out ourselves.

I must stress that we feel that the Afrihost IT specialist is totally incapable to handle any data problems.

Nobody at Afrihost has even tried to contact us in relation to the problem and we well have to start looking at other ISP providers.
